Treatment

Helping you find your way back to yourself

Treatment often includes talk therapy, medication, and self-soothing techniques. Other specialized treatments, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), may also be helpful.

During your initial consultation, Dr. Turner will assess for symptoms of PTSD. If indicated, she will refer you to an EMDR specialist to enhance your treatment and support your recovery.
