“ You have spent your life showing up for your career, your family, and your community. Now, it’s time to show up for yourself.”
Meet Dr. Jessica Turner
Psychiatrist & Specialist in High-Demand Living
In a world that constantly asks for more, it is easy for even the most capable individuals to find themselves feeling depleted.
In my practice, I work with high achievers—people who are used to managing busy lives, demanding careers, and complex responsibilities with ease. Yet, life has a way of introducing seasons where the demands simply outweigh our internal resources. Whether you are navigating the relentless "mental load" of parenthood, the pressures of a high-stakes career, or a significant life transition, I am here to tell you: Feeling overwhelmed is not a personal failure. It is often a mismatch between your environment and your current capacity.
A Philosophy of Performance & Well-being
I founded my practice to provide a sophisticated, concierge level of care for adults (ages 18+) who need to function at a high level while navigating the realities of modern stress. My approach is rooted in the understanding that mental health is the engine behind everything you do.
Because I am trained in both evidence-based psychotherapy and thoughtful medication management, I offer an integrated experience. We don’t just look at symptoms; we look at the whole picture—from sleep fragmentation and cognitive load to identity shifts and executive function. My goal is to help you reclaim your mental clarity and emotional resilience, ensuring you don't just "get through" the day, but truly thrive in it.
A Foundation of Clinical Excellence
The Ivy League Path: I completed my adult psychiatry residency at Brown University, where I also served as an educator for the next generation of physicians. My time practicing at Butler Hospital, a premier psychiatric institution, provided me with deep expertise in treating complex anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
Leadership in Medicine: I earned my Medical Degree from Texas Tech University, where I had the honor of serving as the President of my graduating class.
Neuroscience & Research: My fascination with the brain’s potential began at Trinity University, where I studied Neuroscience and was awarded the prestigious Howard Hughes Medical Institute grant for my research.
High-Touch, Modern Care
I understand that for many of my clients, time is the most precious resource. That is why I offer a flexible hybrid model of in-person and telehealth visits across Florida, allowing premier psychiatric support to fit seamlessly into a busy life.
As a parent and a professional myself, I bring a dual perspective to my work: the clinical precision of an Ivy League-trained physician and the genuine empathy of someone who understands the weight of modern responsibilities.
“When we are together, you have my full attention.”
